Almost two decades ago, Lana Sokoloff arrived in the paradise setting of California and could no longer keep her passion to create dormant. The beauty of colors and sunny attitude inspire Lana to create her bright and passionate artwork, which is full of movement that reflect the outside environment as well as her own internal moods. Lana's daring use of color and interesting organic technique of paint application draw people in with an almost hypnotic pull.
Lana's has a collection of huge size abstract modern paintings on canvas for residential and commercial interior design.
She was born and raised in St.Petersburg, Russia.
Today,her work is carrently exhibited in Los Angeles,including Gallery Godo and Optical Allusion Gallery. Her work has been sold to privite collectors in the U.S.A., Canada and Russia.
Her artistic capabilities have also helped her establish a successeful career in fashion,as a garment pattern-maker for companies as XCVI Fashion,where she is carrrently employed.
